Cam elyaf filtreler kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda maksimum hacimsel ak\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131 3,5 m\u00b3\/h&#8217;dir.<\/p>\n<p data-fontsize=\"14\">Tip 6.1, 8 m\u00b3\/h d\u00f6ner kanatl\u0131 vakum pompas\u0131yla donat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 5,5 m\u00b3\/h maksimum hacimsel ak\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilir. \u00d6zellikle yar\u0131 u\u00e7ucu organik bile\u015fikleri (SVOC&#8217;ler) \u00f6l\u00e7mek ve \u00f6zel filtre malzemeleriyle (\u00f6rne\u011fin sel\u00fcloz nitrat veya Nuclepore filtreleri) birlikte kullanmak i\u00e7in uygundur. Her \u00fcniteye \u00fc\u00e7 \u015farj\u00f6r ve 36 filtre kartu\u015fu aittir. \u015earj\u00f6rler de\u011fi\u015ftirildi\u011finde, bir filtre kartu\u015fu \u00f6rnekleme pozisyonunda kal\u0131r. 18. veya 24. filtre \u00f6rnekleme i\u00e7in de\u011fil, pasif partik\u00fcl birikintilerini toplamak i\u00e7in bir referans filtresi olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131r. \u015earj\u00f6rler ayr\u0131ca ta\u015f\u0131nabilir kaplar olarak da hizmet eder.<\/p>\n<p data-fontsize=\"14\"><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma prensibi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-fontsize=\"14\">\u00d6rnekleme ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce, istenen ayarlar kontrol \u00fcnitesine girilir ve filtre haznesi filtre de\u011fi\u015ftiriciye yerle\u015ftirilir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc etkinle\u015ftirildikten sonra, \u00f6rnekleme ayarlanan parametrelere g\u00f6re otomatik olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma s\u0131ras\u0131nda vakum pompas\u0131, \u00f6rnekleme giri\u015finden ince partik\u00fcl madde y\u00fckl\u00fc havay\u0131 \u00e7eker. Toz par\u00e7ac\u0131klar\u0131, \u00e7arpma tertibat\u0131 ile \u00f6rnekleme giri\u015finde boyuta g\u00f6re fraksiyonlan\u0131r. \u0130stenen fraksiyondaki par\u00e7ac\u0131klar daha sonra \u00f6rnekleme pozisyonundaki \u00f6rnekleme filtresine biriktirilir. \u00d6rnekleme periyodunun sonunda, de\u011fi\u015ftirici filtreleri a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fekilde otomatik olarak de\u011fi\u015ftirir.<\/p>\n<p data-fontsize=\"14\">Filtre de\u011fi\u015ftirici, her biri 18 veya 24 filtre kartu\u015fu kapasiteli iki silindirik dergi kullan\u0131r. Filtre kartu\u015flar\u0131 dergide \u00fcst \u00fcste yerle\u015ftirilir. Laboratuvarda veya \u00f6rnekleme sisteminde kullan\u0131mdan \u00f6nce, dergiler \u00fcstten y\u00fcklenir. Sol (tutma) dergi, y\u00fcklenmemi\u015f filtreleri i\u00e7erir. Filtre de\u011fi\u015ftirme i\u015fleminde, \u00fcnite filtre kartu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 tutma dergisinden \u00f6rnekleme pozisyonuna aktar\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 zamanda, \u00f6rnekleme pozisyonunda bulunan ve y\u00fckl\u00fc filtreyi i\u00e7eren filtre kartu\u015fu sa\u011f (\u00f6rneklenen) dergiye aktar\u0131l\u0131r. Cenevre di\u015fli sistemi, \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fma tehlikesi olmadan gerekli karma\u015f\u0131k hareketlerin ayn\u0131 anda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesini sa\u011flar. Dergilerin alt\u0131ndaki bir kilitleme mekanizmas\u0131, filtre kartu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fmesini \u00f6nler.
