Filtre kartu\u015flar\u0131 dergide \u00fcst \u00fcste yerle\u015ftirilir. Laboratuvarda veya \u00f6rnekleme sisteminde kullan\u0131mdan \u00f6nce, dergiler \u00fcstten y\u00fcklenir. Sol (tutma) dergi, y\u00fcklenmemi\u015f filtreleri i\u00e7erir. Filtre de\u011fi\u015ftirme i\u015fleminde, \u00fcnite filtre kartu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 tutma dergisinden \u00f6rnekleme pozisyonuna aktar\u0131r.
